Down in the hollers of Kentucky, they've got some inbred maniacs who live for Satan, leather and speed. In the same grisly backwoods that produced SAVAGE MASTER and HOOKERS, we now have the sleazy Halloween-worshipping speed freaks BLACK KNIFE. If you can't get enough MIDNIGHT, VENOM and ZEKE in your diet, get ready to party with this bunch.
MIDNIGHT is indeed the primary comparison and I doubt even BLACK KNIFE would dispute it. Fast ripping filthy as fuck speed with equal doses of rock, metal and punk is what they dish out. You can tell from song titles like "Curse of the Devil Bat" (Lugosi fans, maybe?), "Screaming From the Depths of Hell" and "Snakebite Succubus" they dig the EC Comics style of storytelling. Think of a perverted mix of VENOM and NASHVILLE PUSSY.
This ain't thoughtful music, this is music for painting bloody pentagrams on the outhouse wall!
